205 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 205 online entertainment platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 205 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 205 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as all related policies published by 205. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 205 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited;
- Not enrolled in any relevant voluntary self-exclusion programme.
205 reserves the right to reject registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, User Information and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 205 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 205 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to fulfil a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Users are fully responsible for:
- Keep their password and account login credentials confidential;
- Ensure that no third party accesses their account;
- Notify 205 promptly if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account;
- Update their personal information whenever any changes occur.
205 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 205 platform agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates applicable Malaysian laws or the regulations of the user's local jurisdiction;
- Use automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempt to influence game outcomes through cheating, collusion, or manipulation;
- Abuse promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to their terms and conditions;
- Distribute content that is defamatory, threatening, or that infringes the rights of any party;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems, data, or accounts of other users.
Any breach of these rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and where necessary, legal action by 205.
4. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 205 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them;
- All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before being processed;
- 205 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits;
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and typically take 1 to 2 business days;
- Any attempt to conduct money laundering or other illegal financial activities through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities;
- 205 does not bear any charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.
5. Liability Limitations, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Liability Limitations
The205 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 205 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or inaccurate information.
Account Suspension and Closure
205 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: failed or rejected identity verification, suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of these terms, a self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds, or instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the 205 platform are the exclusive property of 205 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from 205.
Third-Party Links
The 205 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 205 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access those links entirely at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
205 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions, any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
